Quattro Gastronomia Italiana (1014 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach) – this restaurant has been bringing authentic Northern Italian dishes to Miami Beach since 2006, and shows no signs of slowing down. Twin brothers Nicola and Fabrizio Carro have come straight from Italy to Miami to head up the kitchen, bringing with them authentic skills and ingredients. The dining room is elegantly-designed, with materials imported from the motherland in tones of evergreen and pine bark. The bar is the sparkling focal point, with a wide selection of libations.
